Swiftwater Softwash  did an excellent job on our home.
We had a ton of moss on our roof and are extremely pleased with the results. We were not at our home when they cleaned the outside of the house and our roof. However, they sent me a video of the results when they were done.
They were prompt and had excellent communication. We were also happy with the price. We priced many companies in the Lake Oconee area, and they gave us the most reasonable and best offer. Swiftwater Softwash was the better choice for our home, as we feel it’s better for the house then a typical power washing job. Plus, the fact they will climb on the roof was a huge plus. Not many companies will climb a roof. They were friendly, professional and very easy to work with.

I highly recommend Swiftwater Softwash.  Our driveway needed cleaning, but pressure washing was not an option because the concrete is of poor quality and pressure washing was eroding the surface of the concrete exposing the aggregate in some places.  We chose Swiftwater Softwash to clean our driveway, sidewalks, and the patio underneath our deck.  The company was very flexible with our schedule, they showed up on time, showed a strong attention to detail and respect for our property, thoroughly explained the process of what they were going to do and worked diligently to complete the job in one day as planned.  After a soft wash cleaning and a post treatment to address remaining stains and algae, our driveway, sidewalks, and patio look fantastic. Swiftwater Softwash came out the next day (a Saturday) after I called to give an estimate. They scheduled my roof cleaning the very next week. The roof had mold streaks throughout the surface.
